From CRM deal to signature: one system.
For the Berlin out-of-home agency EchoPoster we digitised the complete sales process: presentations, quotes, digital signature, campaigns and warehouse - wired directly into HubSpot.

Out-of-home advertising with many moving parts.
LED bikes, mega posters, billboards, DOOH: EchoPoster sells campaigns backed by physical inventory, crews and tight schedules. Sales lived in HubSpot - everything after that in spreadsheets and paper.
The chain broke between deal and delivery.
Quotes were built by hand, signatures chased by email, the warehouse tracked separately. Every handover cost time - and nobody saw the whole picture at a glance.
The solution
Quotes straight from the CRM
A wizard pulls companies, deals and contacts live from HubSpot and turns them into presentations and quotes - with rate cards syncing from HubSpot every minute and quote variants as a package (A/B/C/D), each with its own PDF and signing link.
Digital signature, cleanly documented
Customers sign online - with a drawing pad, terms consent and an automatically generated certificate PDF. The signed quote creates the campaign by itself, including bookings against real inventory.
Warehouse with barcodes and a scan station
Every inventory item gets a barcode automatically; check-out and return run through a scan station with camera or scanner - receipted with an on-device signature, courier style. An immutable movement ledger makes every stock level traceable.
AI in the right places
Targeted rather than showy: rate-card translations run through OpenAI, point-of-interest recommendations for campaign targeting come from Claude. Small automations that save daily busywork.
